		<description>Please forgive me if I point out that your characterization of my position at The Physician Executive is a complete and gratuitous misrepresentation of my position.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Again and again, I must insist that I support consumer-driven health-care, but the existence of retail clinics is a diversion of scarce resources into an environment where health care workers will not be a force to positively impact the health of the population.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Sorry, I never said that every person with a minor illness must be seen by a specialist. That is absurd for anyone on the planet to suggest; sounds like a paper tiger.</description>
